Complaints / Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, customers who are consumers have the option of conducting an online dispute resolution procedure on the EU portal "Your Europe" at (http://europa.eu/youreurope/citizens/index_de.htm) with the involvement of a recognized dispute resolution body.

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution in accordance with Art. 14 (1) ODR Regulation (OS), which you can access at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ can be found.
The online dispute resolution procedure is not a mandatory prerequisite for calling competent ordinary courts. Rather, it represents an alternative way to resolve differences that may arise in the context of a contractual relationship.

We are not willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a recognized consumer arbitration board.
